Kastelruther Spatzen

The Kastelruther Spatzen (lit. the Sparrows from Castelrotto) are a traditional music group from Castelrotto. The band name was chosen in honour of the birthplace of its members. Today the Kastelruther Spatzen are one of the most famous traditional music groups in the entire German-speaking area. With frontman Norbert Rier they earned several Gold and Platinum certifications for their works.
