Trip cancellation and insurance policy

If an arrival is not possible because of the corona a free cancellation is possible until the date of arrival for the following reasons:
lllness of the guest or close relative in the common household from Covid-19 and the guest has to be in quarantine (medical certificate required).
Because of a quarantine imposed by the authorities as a precaution when returning home (with publication of the official decree of the home country).
If the government decides to close the hotels and/or the Italian government or the home country imposes the lockdown, the reservation will be cancelled without

You have no right to withdraw under the terms of the consumer protection act, however, we will apply the following cancellation policy*:
• More than 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fee (if a deposit payment has been made,

• From 3 months prior to arrival: Apartment rate for 3 days
• From 28 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value
