Description
The EDEN apartments in the center of Siusi, at the foot of the Seiser Alm and close to the Seiser Alm cable car, offer 14 apartments for 2 to 6 people.
The apartments were renovated in 2024 and are equipped with all amenities (bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, safe, satellite TV), elevator. A bike/ski storage room with ski boot warmers is available. The small wellness area with a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, and loungers invites you to relax.
Shops, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The EDEN apartments are the ideal starting point for all kinds of leisure activities – summer, winter, and also off-season. With the Guest Pass, you can use all public transport free of charge.
Dogs are welcome upon request and for a fee.

The price varies depending on the number of guests, season, and length of stay.
Dogs are welcome in selected apartments for an additional fee: € 20/day for one dog, € 35/day for two dogs.
Upon request, we can also provide a baby crib, bathrobes, and midweek cleaning for a small extra charge.
A final cleaning fee of € 70 applies to each apartment.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- Cancellations made within 31 days prior to arrival are free of charge (the deposit will be refunded).
- For cancellations made between 30 to 8 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booked services will be charged (the deposit will be retained).
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the booked services.
- In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the amount due for the days booked will be charged.
