All rooms and suites offer a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer as well as telephone, TV, safe, free Wi-Fi and balcony. Bathrobes, spa bag, slippers and sauna towels are available for you in your room.
Prices for children staying in a room with two full-paying adults:
Children from 0 to 3 years: 10.00 euro per day
Children from 4 to 8 years: 50% of the price
Children from 9 to 15 years: 60% of the price
Teenagers above 16 years in an extra bed: 70% of the price
Prices for children up to 15 years staying in a Solaris Family Suite:
80% of the Natura Classic rate
Prices for children up to 15 years with one full-paying adult:
80% of the full rate
For short stays of less than 3 days, an additional 10% on the day price can be charged.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- Up until 60 days prior to the intended arrival: 0% of the total sum
- From the 59th to the 21st day prior to the intended arrival: 30% of the total sum (retain deposit)
- From the 20th to the 7th day prior to the intended arrival: 75% of the total sum
- After the 6th day prior to the intended arrival or in case of lack of notification: 95% of the total sum
Room cancellations are only valid in written form.
In case of late arrival or early departure we also need to charge you for the cancelled nights.
