The Fiè Pond is a popular excursion destination in all seasons and the starting point for numerous hikes. At the visitors' car park there is a small building that houses an information point of the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park.
Here, visitors can learn about the local flora and fauna. Which animal and plant species live around the lake, in the reeds and in the wetlands? Which bird species are native here? Answers to these questions are provided by the information centre itself and the information material to take away.
Another information point of the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park is located in Lavina Bianca near Tires.

The Fiè Pond Information Point stays open every day from early May to the end of October, in case of bad weather is will stay closed. Season start 2024 on the 1st of May.
