Presule
Castel Presule is probably the most building of the homonymous village and is also considered the symbol of Fiè allo Sciliar.

Presule makes most of the people immediately think of the fantastic castle in Fiè allo Sciliar, but Presule is also a little village located directly at the foot of the mighty castle. Inhabited by about 150 people, Presule does not only offer the S. Nicolò parish church, but also several historic farms and residences are to be discovered, leaving aside the fact that the undisputed highlight is still Castel Presule.
The village located at 830 m asl is a popular starting point for hikes, e.g. onto the Cima Völsegg and Cima Ciafon mountains. Also the so-called “Oachner Höfeweg“ starts right in the village, especially popular in spring and autumn.
